A day out to the coast

The first points of call were Morecambe and Heysham. The first image below is as you enter Morecambe from the north - a marble statue of a child being swung by the arms by his mother - and I remember that when I was a kid...
Here on the sands by the ferry port at Heysham, a young child looks for small fry in the rock pools - though he found none...
