It has been a long week. Work was hard on Friday and Saturday leading up to the Bank Holiday weekend. Might just go for a drive too. If we can avoid the traffic. Many head for the Lake District up the road from here, and Preston tends to get the messy build up on the motorway. Still, never mind. Here is a photo of the bay at Arnside.
